The key to this project was 100% accuracy. The homeowner wanted an area within the residence that was large and spacious with much timber and glass incorporated into it. To achieve this, the steel framing had to fit neatly within the surrounding carpentry.

Mill Flat Road Home is a large standalone residential home. The central ‘spine’ of the home consists of ambitious double storey open areas that were designed to provide a sense of openness and space. To ensure this outcome, it was important that there was a minimal structural profile.
