Tony started BSM in June 1995. Before that he had completed his apprenticeship as a Fitter/Welder in 1992. He single-handedly guided the Company until late 2000. From that time he managed a team in the office until late 2003 when he moved into a role where he can still be seen helping out on the tools when required, but he is equally comfortable in the office on a day to day basis.
Stephen has been with BSM since January 2000. After spending 3 years at Auckland University, he started out as a labourer during the Christmas break and decided to stay on. Within a year he was promoted to Project Coordinator and when Tony Black decided to step away from day to day management in late 2003 he was promoted again to Operations Manager. He has occupied this role and the role of Health and Safety Manager since then.
Accounts Administration Manager
Angela has been with BSM since November 2004 as our Accounts & Administration Manager. She comes from a background in banking and accounting in the construction industry. Angela takes care of all the on-site accounting needs, debt collection, financial control and all aspects of our administration.
Foreman & Workshop Manager
Andrew has been with BSM since October 2003 as our Foreman and Workshop Manager. He finished his Boilermakers apprenticeship in 1981. He has a long background in the engineering trade, from oilrigs to residential structural steel and everything in between.Andrew is responsible for site measures, workshop production and quality control.
