How It Works

Please note that this breakdown of our service applies to new houses and additions to existing houses. We have other excellent systems in place to fabricate renovation works, decks, canopies etc.

Stage One - Contact us

Feel free to contact us to discuss your project requirements. Once we understand your project we will need to receive the relevant plans. You can Email us, or you can mail us a set of plans or you can drop the plans to our office

Stage Two - Pricing

Once we have recieved the plans we generally require around a week to put the price together and get it to you. If you require the price urgently be sure to make us aware of your timeframe and we will endeavour to meet it.

The price you receive will come complete with a breakdown and our current lead time.

Stage Three - Acceptance & Scheduling

When you receive the price be sure to read it over carefully. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us by email or by phone.

When you are satisfied with all aspects of our price, please read our Terms of Trade, and our General Construction Conditions, complete and sign the cover page and fax or mail everything back to us.

Stage Four - Fabrication

Once the order has been placed we endeavour to deliver the material the same day as the timber frames arrive on site. We arrive on site the next day with one of our mobile workshops to site measure, site fabricate (Cut, weld, paint etc) and install the steel beams. If necessary we will use a hiab truck supplied by Hiab Transport Ltd to install the steel beams.

Stage Five - Completion

Before we leave site we run through a quality assurance checklist and confirm this with our main contact on site. Only once this has been approved do we issue the final invoice for the project.
